Single Line Lubrication Systems
Lincoln Single Line systems (Mono Flex and CentroMatic) automatically deliver lubricant through one supply line to individual metering devices. Each device dispenses precise amounts of grease or oil to one point. Systems can service one machine, multiple zones, or several machines.
Advantages: Integrated control and monitoring, long-distance pumping, easy installation and maintenance, preset or adjustable models, compatible with most lubricants, expandable, and continues operating if one point blocks.
Dual Line Lubrication Systems
Designed for large machines with many lubrication points over long distances in harsh conditions. Two main lines supply lubricant alternately, ideal for heavy industry, mining, metal working, pulp and paper, and cement factories.
Advantages: Simple parallel design, reliable with high viscosity greases, flexible metering adjustment.
Smart Lubrication & Circulating Oil Systems
Compressors require precise lubrication: centrifugal (high speed/temp), reciprocating (low-volume/high-pressure), and screw types (pipeline distribution). Proper lubrication prevents metal-to-metal contact and extends component life.
Circulating oil systems pump, cool, and filter continuously in a side-stream configuration. Three models available: air cooler, water cooler, or no cooler. Optional upgrades include frequency converter, temperature/pressure transmitters, and moisture indicator.
Amet Industries delivers compact pump-cooler units tailored for specific applications, handling flows from 1 to 3,000 l/min with visual or electronic monitoring. Units are suitable for explosive atmospheres (ATEX zone 1 and API 614 compliant).
