Streamliner DC

Electro-Chemical Units
Reliability personnel have forgone the old manual lube routes and have turned to automatic grease lubricators to manage and maintain lube points.

The key to the high degree of reliability with the Streamliner DC is the innovative, fully adjustable gas generating power source. The unit power source generates a gas that creates a consistent pressure on a piston which gradually and continuously dispenses the lubricant contained in the chamber. Delivery time is set on the top of the unit, by adjusting with an Allen key. The unit delivery time is variable and can be set to between one and twelve months, allowing complete control over the amount of lubricant being applied.

Streamliner V

The Streamliner V, lubrication pump, pro-logic microprocessor chip control allows for programming of the unit to be as simple as pressing a button on top of the unit. The unit operates on the principle of inert Nitrogen gas generation using an electrolyte and electrical energy. Pressure is generated above the piston to deliver fresh and precise amounts of lubricant. The Streamliner V has six variable dispensing rates, from one to twelve months, to cover a wide range of requirements. The Streamliner V is also certified for “intrinsic safety” EX ia IIB T4 for use in hazardous areas.
